Staff-level brand designer with fifteen years of experience building brands for
startups and high-growth companies. Most of that time spent as the sole or lead brand designer on
small, high-impact teams, which means having to be good at everything, from defining a visual identity
from scratch to hand-coding a responsive email, art directing a photo shoot, or designing a booth for
a trade show.
Work spans brand systems, visual identity, advertising, web design, print, illustration, and
presentation design. Cares about the details that most people don't notice and the ones that everyone
does. Design philosophy is modern but restrained, a couple steps back from trends, built to last a
little longer than whatever just launched on Dribbble.
Led brand work at Truework, Untapped, Evolve, and Nylas, mentoring designers and art directing
agencies along the way. Takes projects from the first brief to the final file, and works best with
real creative ownership and a team that trusts the work.
